We have several years of experience in "On location catering". Our clients include film/television/music video productions ("Paul Blart: Mall Cop", "Nothing But The Truth", "Past Life", "America's Most Wanted" , "The Ballamy Brothers" etc...) FEMA, The United States Coast Guard and recently extras and 2nd unit on "The Hunger Games". Complete resume and referrals available upon request. 

In addition, we cater parties, weddings, fund raisers, festivals and events. 

We design the menu to suit each client on an individual basis and we can accommodate everything from an informal BBQ to a fine dining experience.
