Classically trained in French cuisine chef owners Carrie Mitchum and Erik Proveaux are pleased to bring you Fuel Cafe.  We specialize in American food made from scratch featuring fresh, all natural ingredients. Our meats and poultry are grass/vegetarian fed, antibiotic-free and humanely raised without hormones, chemicals or additives. Our seasonal seafood is always wild caught and we offer tasty vegan and vegetarian entrees as well. Our menu changes based on availability and is always prepared with love and served with a smile.  We have a great pet friendly covered outdoor patio or come inside for a cool dining experience.
